The nature of the treatments

The treatments offered are wellbeing and relaxation practices. They are not healthcare services and do not replace a doctor’s diagnosis, therapy or advice. Where a particular condition exists, your trusted healthcare professional remains the person to ask.

Appointment requests

Submitting the form creates a request, not a confirmed booking. The appointment is only set once the studio confirms it, by email or by phone. The studio may propose a different time from the one requested, or decline the request.

Cancellations and lateness

If you cannot come, please say so as early as you can, using the details on the Contact page: the time freed up can be offered to someone else. Arriving substantially late may shorten the session, so that later appointments are not pushed back.

Prices and lengths

The prices and lengths published on the Treatments page are indicative of a single treatment and may vary depending on the course of sessions agreed together. The price charged is the one the studio confirms at the time of the appointment.
