What we collect
Booking request. First name, surname, phone, email, the treatment chosen, the date and time requested, and any free-text notes.
Contact form. Name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
Technical data. The server records IP addresses and browsing information in technical logs, for security and diagnostics. Login attempts to the private area are recorded to limit abuse.
Please do not put information about your health, or anyone else’s, in the free-text notes: the treatments offered are wellbeing practices, and the studio does not collect health data through this website.
Why we use it
The data in a booking request is used to check availability, get back to you and manage the appointment: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual steps that you ask for yourself. Contact form data is used to answer your message. Technical logs rest on the legitimate interest in the security of the site. Some data may be kept in order to meet legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and messages are kept for as long as is needed to manage our relationship with you and to meet legal obligations; after that they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Who can see it
The data is handled by Ylenia and is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. Within the limits of the service, it may be handled by the hosting provider and by the email provider used to send messages. The studio map is embedded from Google Maps: when you open it, your browser contacts Google’s servers. Google Analytics statistics are only collected if you consent to statistical cookies; the internal count of pages opened is aggregated instead, with no cookies and no IP addresses, as explained in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing in the cases provided for. To exercise those rights, write to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
